The Code of Conduct for Tax Authorities, Taxpayers and Tax Advisors provides for basic principles and rules of conduct for the tax profession. It has been developed under the leadership of K. Arnold during the Seminar Speakers Fora of December 12, 2002, and June 18, 2003.The Code of Conduct is supported by the Federal Tax Administration, by cantonal tax administrations and by the Swiss Chamber of Fiduciaries (Schweizerische Treuhandkammer).
